They travelled to Jay Peak, Vermont, to participate in the 15th annual Green Mountain Avalanche Tournament.
The team started the play by taking on the St. Albans Vermont walking away with a 1-1 tie.
Next was the Dollard Blades from Montreal, shutting them out 5-0 win. This was followed by their only loss, 2-1 to Clarence-Rockland, who they met up with in the championship game.
It was a reversal, as the Thunder defeated Clarence-Rockland.
