Jordan Durocher reported on behalf of Parks and Recreation.

“Despite the closure of Cobden and Westmeath arenas” Jordan Durocher said that they managed to get good use out of the facilities..

“We had the dressing rooms open for partial use.”

He said that they also have the docks removed for storage, and that the fall grass maintenance “lingered for a bit” this season.

Councillor McLaughlin said the banners in the Township need to be taken down due to poor condition and “we need to decide what we’re gonna do.”

Mayor suggests that the Canada flags needs to be addressed as well, which CAO Trembley said that there was a street maintenance plan on the agenda, and that Ivan Burton’s team “can take a look at that.”
