The Council heard a recommendation that Council pass a by-law to accept, assume, dedicate as public highway and name the lands described as Part 2 of Plan 49R-20143.
“Wilson Ray has filed a motion for a severance, and one of the conditions was a road-widening. This is a formality, to dedicate this strip of land to allow for the widening of road.
There were no questions and the motion was carried.
