Residents at Caressant Care Retirement Home in Cobden gathered in the common room to cheer on local Olympian Melissa Bishop as she goes for gold in Women’s 800m. While Melissa made it through the first heat, and then the semi-finals, she was not successful in making it onto the podium this year.
