The Council of the Township of Whitewater Region met for a special Council Meeting on Wednesday, November 23rd in the Municipal Town Hall in Cobden at 4:45pm for a closed session.
The opening of the meeting was public, and broadcast on Youtube as a livestream before going into closed session.

Education and Training
Recommendation: That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region move in to closed session at :_ p.m. as permitted under Section 9.1b (educating and training of the members), for general council orientation by staff and Tony Fleming, Integrity Commissioner, with the CAO/Deputy Clerk, Treasurer/Deputy CAO and Manager of Public Works remaining in the room.
Human Resources Matter
Recommendation: That Council of the Township of Whitewater Region move in to closed session at :_ p.m. as permitted under Section 9.1a) ii) and vi) of the Procedural Bylaw to discuss advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose and personal matter about an identifiable including municipal or local board employees relating to a human resources matter, with the CAO/Deputy Clerk and Treasurer/Deputy CAO remaining in the room.
